The business depends on too many workarounds.
Calls, texts, spreadsheets, paper, memory, disconnected systems, and manual fixes may have worked before — but they start to break as the business grows.
IT Consulting for Heavy Industry & Construction
I help heavy industry and construction companies solve the technology problems their operations depend on.
For growing operators, that may mean building the website, tools, reports, workflows, or systems the business needs next. For established companies, it may mean getting better support for the software, data, vendors, and projects already in place.
The goal is simple: make technology easier to use, easier to trust, and better aligned with how the operation actually runs.
Problems
The problem is usually not effort. It is not your people. And it is not always that you need more software. The real issue is that the business has grown, but the technology support behind it has not kept up.
Calls, texts, spreadsheets, paper, memory, disconnected systems, and manual fixes may have worked before — but they start to break as the business grows.
The software may already be there, but issues pile up. Users need help. Reports need work. Processes are unclear. Nobody has enough time to own the details.
Websites, apps, software rollouts, upgrades, reports, workflow changes, and vendor projects all need someone who can understand the business and move the work forward.
The data exists, but it is scattered across systems, spreadsheets, departments, and people. Numbers take too long to clean up, and decisions still get made without the full picture.
You may need a website, a better system, a custom tool, automation, new software, or help with what you already have — but it is hard to know what is worth building, buying, or fixing.
They may know the software, but they do not always understand the operation, the pace, the pressure, or how the work actually gets done.
That is where I help.
What I Do
A clearer, more professional online presence that explains what you do, builds trust, makes it easier to contact you, and matches the business you are becoming.
Simple tools your business can actually use: forms, portals, job tracking, customer intake, scheduling workflows, dashboards, document handling, or small internal applications.
Help getting more value from the software already in place through troubleshooting, user support, workflow improvement, process documentation, and better system use.
Support for rollouts, upgrades, vendor coordination, testing, training, implementation, data cleanup, process mapping, and projects that need someone to own the technical middle.
Reports and data work that help the business see what is really happening, clean up scattered information, improve accuracy, and make better decisions.
Practical automation that reduces manual work where it makes sense: scripts, workflows, forms, data movement, notifications, and small tools that save time.

Story
I got behind the wheel of a dump truck in 2011. Became an owner-operator. Built my own fleet.
I know what it feels like when the customer calls, the equipment has problems, the job needs to move, the money is tight, and the decision is yours.
I know what it means to build a business the hard way.
After working as an operator, I spent years learning enterprise IT inside large-scale heavy industry environments.
I have supported business-critical systems, reporting, databases, automation, software rollouts, user training, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and go-lives.
Most IT consultants understand the software. Most operators understand the work. I understand both.
What Changes
Why Me
That matters in heavy industry and construction because technology is never separate from the work. It touches customers, jobs, equipment, field teams, office teams, billing, reporting, vendors, workflows, and the people trying to keep everything moving.
I have been the driver. I have been the owner-operator. I have owned equipment, dealt with breakdowns, handled customers, managed cash flow, and made decisions that hit the business the same day.
I understand the pressure because I have lived it.
I have worked inside enterprise IT environments where systems have to support real operations at scale.
I understand software, data, reporting, automation, system support, training, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and project work.
I can talk to the field because I understand the work. I can talk to the office because I understand the data. I can talk to IT and vendors because I understand the systems.
You need someone who can listen to how the business works, see where technology can help, and build practical solutions that fit.
Who This Is For
Owner-operators who are growing past the way they started
Small teams that need better websites, workflows, reports, tools, or automation
Established companies with systems that need better support
Operators who need help with software, data, vendors, projects, internal tools, or practical IT decisions
Businesses that are too complex to keep managing everything manually, but not always ready to build a full internal technology team
Companies that need someone who understands both the operation and the technology behind it
You do not need another software pitch. You need practical IT consulting from someone who understands the work, the systems, and the pressure of keeping the business moving.
Let's Talk
Just a 30-minute conversation about what is not working, what you are trying to build, and where technology could better support the operation.
If I can help, I will tell you how. If I cannot, I will tell you that too.
